Belt grinding machine for FLAT SURFACES with “WET” system suitable for finishing operations on pipes and bars with square and rectangular section, sheets and plates made of stainlees steel, iron, aluminium, brass and other metals. Particulary suitable for DEBURRING operations on laser/plasma cut or sheared sheets.
Grinding/finishing process can also be “DRY”; in this case a dust collection cap (on request) is supplied to be fitted on the machine in few minutes only.
Machine is supplied ready to work with the following STANDARD EQUIPMENT: filtering system for cooling mixture, electropump and water-gun for cleaning and maintenance, n° 1 filtering paper roll, motors voltage 400V/50Hz, n°2 abrasive belts of different grits, service keys, instructions book and CE conformity declaration.

MODULAR “drum” grinding machine FOR FLAT SURFACES, suitable for satin and finishing operations on pipes and bars with square and rectangular section as well as sheets and plates made of stainless steel, iron, aluminium, brass and other metals.
Particularly suitable for DEBURRING on laser/plasma cut or sheared sheets.
Working process is “WET”, but can also be “DRY” by attaching a special equipment.
ON REQUEST the machine can be equipped with double abrasive belt speed and air blower for workpieces drying.
This machine can be supplied on 3 DIFFERENT VERSIONS:

Stroke belt grinder with sturdy cast iron structure, suitable for grinding, buffing and finishing operation on big pieces with square, rectangular section, plates or profiled metal items with different sizes and metal boxes or structures.
Machine is equipped with a table which can be electrically adjusted in height (for pieces max. weight Kg. 180). Standard version is suitable to process items with max. lenght 2500 mm. ON REQUEST a.m. machine can process items until 6000 mm. lenght; moreover it can be equipped with double abrasive belt speed (9-18 mt./sec.) or with inverter equipment to adjust speed from 10 to 25 mt./sec.

Brusa DUO
INNOVATIVE belt grinding machine that allows TWO DIFFERENT KIND OF OPERATIONS:
“DRUM” GRINDING for flat surfaces: finishing and satining operations on tubes and bars with square and rectangular section, sheets and plates made of stainless steel, iron, aluminium, brass and other metals. Particulary suitable for deburring operations on laser/plasma cut or sheared sheets (Pic 1).
“CENTRELESS” GRINDING: finishing and satining operations on straight tubes and bars having round section (on request, Pic 2).
ON REQUEST the machine is also available as “WET” version (Pic 3).
The machine is supplied ready to be used with the following STANDARD EQUIPMENT: automatic feed for flat surfaces processing, pre-arrangement for connection to dust collection plant, motors voltage 400V/50Hz, n°2 abrasive belts in different grits, service keys, instructions book and CE conformity declaration.
Brusa GO
With this machine is possible to grind, satin and finish square, rectangular and profiled metal items of different shapes.
Machine has an oscillating system for the grinding belt head, operated by a separate gear motor, that allow to get a better finish of the work-piece and longer performance of the grinding belt; this motion is mechanically conceived in order to let swing the complete oscillating grinding head. Main work-table can be tilted to 45° max. for convenient processing of special shaped parts (Pic 1). ON REQUEST is possible to supply this machine complete with rubber roller and a further working table to execute grinding operations on CONVEX/CONCAVE surfaces (Pic 2). Dust collection is achieved by holes made on the working table.
Machine is supplied ready to work with following STANDARD EQUIPMENT: oscillating system for abrasive belt, tilting table to hold work-pieces, n.2 abrasive belts in different grits, service keys, instruction book, CE conformity declaration.
