Boere Synthetic Wide Belt Grinders.  Boere Special Grinders are designed for large production that requires many options on their sanding applications. A machine built to order and made to last numerous decades. Boere Grinders are delivered in working widths of 900, 1100,1300, 1650 and 2100 mm in different combinations of contact roller,planer head and structuring brush. A combination from 1 to 4 sanding units is possible. Also as far as the Boere range goes, the machine is constructed to a customised specification based on the requirements of the client. Using the latest innovations the Elite can be controlled by PLC touch screen with malfunction detection. Available with a fixed table height system and can also form part of a sanding line using a Elite bottom sander.

Boere sanding lines available in widths 600-2100 with 1-4 units available per top and bottom sander. Available compact for solids and with indermediate conveyor for veneer sanding. A bottom and top sanding machine are commissioned in a sanding line to increase production : in this configuration workpieces are sanded both on the bottom and top side in a single pass.
