The heart of the CUT 85 and CUT 110 is the 11 kW sawing unit, which is accompanied by the dust extraction unit. It runs in surface-hardened linear guides. The drive is via rack-and-pinion with a feed of up to 100 m/min. The rollers of the side pressure unit, which constantly press the workpiece against the stop, and the welded bridge design round off the picture of an extremely stable cutting machine which offers maximum precision step by step. Incorrect cutting or postmachining are ruled out.
