Moulders & Par

Through feed moulders are one of the safest and most effective labour devices a woodworking shop can invest in. Suitable for all kinds of materials including plastics, they start from basic planed all round machines or 4 siders. These machines normally come with straightening tables and reference cutter to straighten the material and the moulders come in many variation dependent on application. Typical heads are bottom, fence, near, top and universal. A moulder can have any one or more of these units depending on execution. The principle of the feed system is that the material is driven through the machines and the cutters via a series of feed wheels which are driven by a cardan system ultimately from a gearbox.
